Tompkins Cortland Masked Activity Collective

The Tompkins Cortland Masked Activity Collective (TCMAC) is a community-based group prioritizing COVID-19 and other infectious disease mitigation. While we are based in the Tompkins and Cortland county area, we welcome individuals and families from the greater Central New York region. The primary goal of this group is to facilitate safer in-person meetups rather than serving in the same capacity as online Still Coviding groups. However, sharing of resources, particularly local, is welcome. It is intended as a safe haven for those who are: 

• medically vulnerable, and/or

• seeking to avoid exposure to illness, and/or

• willing to help create a safe space for themselves, their families, and their community

Since we started in Spring 2024, we've organized:

• Twice per month playground, park, and other outdoor meetups

• Outdoor autumn birthdays celebration

• Outdoor Halloween party

• Outdoor movie night
